lots of bent over barbell/dumbell rows, lat pull downs, seated rows, bent over dumbell laterals. lots of hard flexing workouts with double biceps up, pullin shoulder blades back and squeezing hard
lol i havent measured in a bit, but honestly they just look big cause of definition. really arnt that big. but thx man. yea i worked out the past 8 days so today was my off day. ill be there bright and early tommarow (friday) probably like 9ish. then next week back to normal schedule, more then likely will see you.
im so naturally skinny... it just happens bro. But the thing is that i try and try to gain but does not happen. Been working out hard for over a year and still have only gained like 10 lbs, i can always be cut but hard gainer! Look up Mesomorph for diets on Bodybuilding.com forums and they have a bunch! The biggest thing is eating clean and areobic exercise. I run about 4 to 5 miles 5 times a week. Good luck with all your goals!
I wish there was a secret to not cheating on the diet...I just look at it like I would rather look lean than have the temporary satisfaction of eating a cheat meal.
