I started working out since I was in 5th grade, on & off. In high school I was in wrestling, martial arts & gymnastics. I was always working out and staying active.
I weighed 130lbs in high school and after I graduated I got up to 205lb in 6 yrs, I was pretty much bulky.
I was more about lifting heavy and trying to bulk up. I was pushing over 450 lbs in benching, over 200lb in straight arm curls, and leg pressing over 1000lb.
Now I am more concerned about packing on lean quality muscles and not care on how much I could lift but quality workouts.

thank u !! I went back to the gym yesterday and did an early morning workout today and will return to the gym tonight as well. thats twice i've worked out in the morning and it feels good. :)
