Deer Park Hs Attended 2003 to 2007 Deer Park, Texas United States
When I Started:
Feb, 2009
How I Started:
I wanted to get a little leaner to help me with my tumbling and make it easier on my joints, a few weeks in me and a friend decided we wanted to enter amateur bodybuilding just to help us improve.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get when I work out the rush as I am lifting and the relaxed way my body feels when I finish. I also like seeing my body progress over each week.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just lifting motivates me I love a good workout more than anything now. It makes me happy.
BB Accomplishments:
I have dropped 20-25 lbs and finally got abs for the first time in my life. I have kept focus and dedicated for almost six months which was the biggest accomplishment.

In six weeks I want to look the best I ever have in my life. I want it to be a big change. Started on the 28 and going until the first week in November my workout is gonna be intense.
Goal (Long):
I want my abs to be defined before next season and be able to be the best stunting tumbler in my gym.
For my lifting goals I am not looking for any weight that is to lofty I want to have strength but not craziness. A few of my lifting goals that I want to achieve are...
Bench Press - I want to be able to rep 225 without problem more than 5 times I will be content to max out at 250 but I am not looking for much more.
Overhead Press - I want to be able to put up 150 over and over again and have it feel like nothing; in my sport that is all I need.
Barbell Curl - I would love to be able to rep 115 which me and a friend call the tie fighter, its a good weight and honestly I do not need much more.
For me right now I want to get lean I want to be able to carry my own weight and just tighten up. I have a few things I want to achieve by this time next year and the goals I have set on here will help me achieve that.
This guy is the reason I started lifting I saw him in less than a year take his body from skinny but okay to thick muscle. He is a good friend of mine and inspires me.
I have been disheartened so much by learning how many people in the body building industry use Steroids, so he is an inspiration to me someone who does not need drugs to get his body to perfection. This is what I want to do so this is why he inspires me.
