When I Started:
Jul, 2004
How I Started:
Well I ran Track And Field for 3 years in high school. Through that I started to train hard but I never seemed to loose the body fat because of little knowledge on nutrition. It was like that for a long time, not untill recently in Jan. 2007 did I really start studying and learning workout techniques.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling...for personal health, confidence, strength, speed. I train for the same reasons majority of other guys train, and thats to be the best physical specimen I can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
Flex Wheeler videos! Looking back at high school and what kind of horrible shape I was in, that gets me motivated to get in shape. Dexter Jackson is another inspiration because of how many years he has been competing and never won the olympia, until recently winning his first olympia title.
To transform my physique by gaining some muscle and lossing the fat. I want to be able to compete by the end of this year. Slowly but surely. Bodybuilding is all about inching yourself towards your goal, one rep at a time, one workout at a time, one day at a time...just got to be patient and not give up.
USUALLY, I do 6-12 reps for 3-4 sets. But I'm very spontaneous in the gym. I can be on my last set of shoulder press for 6 reps and grab a 20lb dumbell and do a few side laterals to get the blood flowing into the muscle.USUALLY, I do 6-12 reps for 3-4 sets. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!??....the guy with the big blocky waist is supposed to be the "perfect bodybuilder"???...cmon....Dexter should have won, phil should have been 2nd....Thats the problem with the olympia. Just be the biggest out of porportion guy on stage and you'll win. Flex...
Starting monday June 8th 2009, I'll be implementing a new diet into my routine which I discovered through MuscleHack.com. I dont know if it works for me yet but there is plenty of positive feed back on the website. The diet is know as an anabolic diet. Basically to sum it up, its a...

Still stuck in neutral at the moment. I'm doing everything I need to do, but I'm honestly just about a month into it, and only about 2 to 3 weeks into getting my diet on point. So I guess I have to be more patient. What about you man?
It has been a couple of times that I have missed my cardio workout. This usually happens after hitting them weights hard. :) So, I wouldn't. Worry about it, just don't make it a habit. ;)
