Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
I feel much better about myself. I have that sense of accomplishment-knowing that I got in the gym and busted my butt. I have also written up several diet and exercise plans for some freinds and that makes me feel good that they come to me for advice.I feel much better about myself. Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
During my leaning phase, I would only rest 45 seconds between sets. If I had supersets, trisets, or compound sets I would rest anywhere from a minute to a minute thirty.
Man! Well one year the competition was fierce. They had the three class winners which were all NPC National level guys. THey do contests like the Team Universe, who knows maybe he will have some late registering people.
Jamie, great changes since your last pics bud. Keep working on that waste line and widening/thickening those lats and you'll be set. To me, your best pose from your progress pics is your side chest shot, very impressive. Once you're able to thicken up your chest a little more and drop your BF levels down you will be some mean competition. Congrats!

my boy! Nice profile pic, definitely can see huge progress from the last time. Amazing gains in your upper body, your shoulders look solid with a clean sweep into your vastly inproved chest. Your traps look huge and your biceps have defintely come a long way. I can see your midsection tightening up which is a good sign, can also see the outline of some serious abs underneath.
