How I Started:
When I came to college, my girlfriend at the time was bigger than me! (after one season of high school cross country, I was a hefty 117lbs.)
Why I Love It:
It's fun/intriguing to be able to manipulate workouts and nutrition to achieve the results you desire.
How I Stay Motivated:
so for my first competition i picked one that was a convenient time during school...turns out, its the state championships! oh well!
i can confidently say that i will be looking forward to bulking again once this contest is over.
Believe it or not, I've always tried to compare my physique to professionals in both bodybuilding and fitness. Its the whole 'shoot for the stars, for if you dont, etc' cliche line.

they aren't :( My body is sooooooooooo stubborn with fat loss! I am actually at a point of getting VERY frustrated! I feel like any other person following my training routine and my diet would be so lean and cut.... but not me. Still sitting at around 18 or 20% with most of it around my midsection! AHHHHHHHHH!!! any tips?
Yea I'm taking the venom and dicana stack at the moment. It was working pretty well but I decided to take a break from venom. It makes me nauseas sometimes and I don't always get good sleep even though I only take ONE a day (in the morning). It sucks because despite the side effects it works really well! I'm still gonna take Dicana though.
