How I Started:
First introduced to weights in Jr High during football training. From there, through out the years, just kept learning more and enjoying it more with every gain.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy feeling the "pump" of the body parts after the workout. I love to see results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. See where I'm at and picture where I want to be.

No contest. Just gaining mass, losing weight, and staying healthy.

Goal (Long):
I want a body that is lean and muscular. I want well defined abs and eventually get to my short term goal of building 18" biceps. I want to be the guy in the gym who people look at and say "I want my "....." to be like that guys.
