How I Started: First introduced to weights in Jr High during football training. From there, through out the years, just kept learning more and enjoying it more with every gain.
Why I Love It: I enjoy feeling the "pump" of the body parts after the workout. I love to see results.
How I Stay Motivated: I look in the mirror. See where I'm at and picture where I want to be.
BB Accomplishments: No contest. Just gaining mass, losing weight, and staying healthy.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to get to 190 or possibly maintain 195 while gaining muscle mass and dropping the fat.
Goal (Long): I want a body that is lean and muscular. I want well defined abs and eventually get to my short term goal of building 18" biceps. I want to be the guy in the gym who people look at and say "I want my "....." to be like that guys.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
