I think supplements are vital element in achieving fitness goals. As a natural athlete I follow a simple plan.
I take two multi-vitamins each day. Opti-Women Multivitamin is wonderful! Great for female athletes.
I also use Dymatize and Optimum Whey protein every evening and after workouts. Dymatize offers low-carb/low-sugar options that are great during the cutting phase. Optimum Whey offers delicious flavors and are high in protein. A little more expensive but it's worth the price!
I also use fish oils twice a day and Optimum also offers a 1000mg tablet.
BCAA's, glutamine, and creatine are also very important and I use a variety of these products here on Bodybuilding.com.
I LOVE Scivation's XTEND product because it's delicious and offers an easy way to fuel throughout the workout. Waterwelon is amazing...a MUST try!!
Last, but not least, I use one to two scoops of Jacked3D before workouts. I LOVE the energy it provides during grueling workouts. I also use HyperShred and SuperPump.
