and if I use chicken cutlets - I soak them in balsamic vinegar with a little bit of olive oil - over nite and then grill it
I dont use this recipe for contest prep though

Kata training is now full steam ahead, my Sensei has said that if I want to compete again I have to improve my kata, so today I started to train Empi and Unso. A todo vapor con entrenamiento de Kata esa es la condicion para que pueda competir, asi que estamos aprendiendo las Katas Empi y Unso.
