My Workout Program
Upper body is swiss bar bench press, floor press, chins, inverted body rows, pushups with a weighted vest and blast straps, corner push press, dips, some band work, external rotation work, neck work. Abs is everything I can think off.
Olympic work includes the barbell and dumbell snatch. Jump shrugs.
Conditioning includes, jumping rope, hitting the heavy bag sledgehammer, medicine ball, hill sprints, various burpees, tire flips and drags, car pushes, etc. all done in intense intervals.
I train for BJ twice a week and do some LSD.
I use jump strech bands for some exercises and fatastic strectching as well as the foam roller for rehab.
I am not a body builder in the strict sense of hypertrophy and vanitiy muscles. I'm a body builder in the sence that I want to train my body to be a machine that can handle many phycically challengeing tasks.
