How I Started:
I have always been physically fit. I stopped going to the gym about 9 years ago. I just decided that it has been long enough. I couldn't stand to see my body starting to age and look bad. So I dedicated myself to becoming physically fit again.
Why I Love It:
It's one thing in this world that I have 100% control of. I determine what I do and what results I get. All the stress of my day is removed after punishing myself in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a very driven person. I get a goal in my head and I go for it. I stay motivated because I see small results. I want more!
BB Accomplishments:
Just the other day I put up 325 pounds 10 times on the squat bar. I was proud of myself because I'm reluctant about squats. I usually stay light and don't push myself that hard with them.
