When I Started:
Sep, 2005
How I Started:
After reading "The Art of Expressing the Human Body" by Bruce Lee, I began my weight training in 2005. Throughout Jr. and Sr. High School I ran track as a sprinter and only used weights at the beginning of the season for assessment. I have always been active some times having so much restless energy that I often don't know how to exert it lol.
Why I Love It:
The sweat, the pain and soreness, and even better, the results from a routine and the progress towards another!!! It not only makes me feel good about myself but, it also reflects my outlook and appreciation for life in general.
How I Stay Motivated:
I train for my life and with that everything that comes along with it. Seeing the results are great but, the feeling of getting stronger, faster, more endurance and stamina gets me going!
BB Accomplishments:
1st Place for the 1st Ever 5-man team Adventure Race at Yokosuka Naval Base
1st ever 5k run: Firecracker 5k Fourth of July Run
Time: 21:00, could've did it faster but it was a great run!
2nd Place in Command Physical Fitness Challenge "Hardcore" category.
Most Push ups(nonstop): 75
Most Pull ups(fully extended):20

This was before the weight training got serious and I was weighing about a buck 37 then. Pulled this one out of the archives...I am still slim thanks to genetics but dayum I was frail lol.
I am losing weight, getting lighter and faster. I want to get that upcoming 5K Run between 18-19 minutes!
Goal (Long):
Lifelong fitness and great quality health. One day I would like to become a Personal Trainer, too, providing motivation and self-discipline to those who aspire to use fitness as an avenue to travel for confidence, better personal appearance and/or life long quality health.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
There are many celebrities who have set high standards, who are setting high standards and who will set high standards. I am going to set a high standard for myself for others to reach and exceed.
here before the mirror stands the Reflection of a Man...in discontent with what he's seeing, he creates a Vision...a Hope for a seamless transition from his present eyesore into a Fine Tuned Well-built Temple capable of withstanding the extremeties of all seasons of Life. And...
Wow!!! Thank you soooooo much!!! That is sooooo sweet of you!! I know it isnt a hook-up site, but that is amazing to hear!! If I wasnt married...lol...Thank you so much!! You made my night!!!
It is not vitally necessary that you replace solid meals with whey shakes..that is, unless your solid meals are not clean to begin with. I actually only eat solid meals, just make sure the protein is very lean [chicken, egg whites, etc.]. Solid food fills me up more and since I am on such a calorie deficit, I try to fill up any way I can! Keep up your hard work and let me know if there is anything I can help you with :o)

Thanks Pal! But I already got a cute pair of steel toe boots used on the Railroad tracks. No, I didn't work the tracks, but I conducted some pretty solid tough AUDITS of several operating yards. Have a great week... *smile*
