Years ago had appendicitis, appendix was close to rupturing, didn't. Was getting some slight pain on that side, went for a CT. My low body fat made it impossible to interpret the results. Tragic.

I'm stared a month ago following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!
