Goal (Long):
I want to complete the 5k! I am also going to achieve a six pack that will make me blush and run shirtless down busy streets and local beaches. I am ready to complete my transformation of mind body and soul!
Thanks man! It's all about consistency..in the gym, and in the kitchen! I try to do the best I can to eat clean and train hard.

Thx Jr. Keep mixing weight ab work with non-weighted ab work and you will see some growth along with cardio and eating well:-) Be Blessed and thx again!!!
hi sorry for taking so long to get back wih you. I did lots of supersets during my workouts plus cardio atleast 3 times a week for 20 mins. Most importantly was my diet. High protein lower carb at the end of the 16 weeks.
