I'm going to: -eat less calories -take animal cuts -take 200 grams protein a day to support muscles and suppress appetite -do more supersets -shorten my rest times between sets to 30-45 seconds -increase reps from 6,6,8,8,10 to 10,12,15 -run every once in a while instead of never those are really the only changes that I'm going to make. You're right i do stay pretty lean so those changes should cause for dramatic cutting. Give them a try! Good luck!!!!!!

We;come to the service, man. I'm stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB, nc. Intel jobs are really good so consider yourself lucky. Basic is easy, just try not to stand out and do what your told and youll be fine. Good luck.

i'm good now that i'm home from the desert. just been taking things slow and taking a little break from the intensity that i was maintaining there. Just trying to keep my diet right and lifting bout 3-4 times a week instead of 6. how are you doing?

I'm not sure about the N.O.Xplode...it tastes awful. I don't "feel" it as much as i felt nano vapor but i have had some pretty intense workouts on it where i felt like i could lift more and didn't want to stop. I wish i stacked it with nitrix.

M-Stak is great for bulking. While i was taking it, i gained about 8 pounds that month. pretty lean gains. I'll buy again.

I don't know yet man...i can't decide where i want to go w/ my training. I stopped bulking cuz i didn't like the way i was starting to look, and then when i started to cut i thought i was getting small. Now i'm just eating a lot of protein/good carbs, eating really clean, and starting HIT cardio 3 times a week. Hopefully now i can maintain mass and still lean out some. Hows your training going?
