Overall Goal: I want to gain weight and lose body fat. I know it's a tall order, but it's attainable--especially since they're not contradictory.
Fit Status:
The gym scale doesn't work, so I'm going to get a caliper one of these days. In the meantime, my pictures show me getting leaner.

Goal (Long):
I'm cutting back in the gym (overtraining). I knew I've been spinning my wheels, but now I've found an alternative. My gains have been modest. (I've gained about ten pounds, but not all of it was muscle.) I am seeking high energy alternatives with a high protein, high fat, high in vegetables, but low in carbs. I want to build muscle and lose fat.

I want to GAIN 20 lb
