Only story is via bodybuilding.com: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/body-transformation-sustained-growth.html It has been a while since i updated my bodyspace, after trying a different approach to eating this summer i have come down to a lower b.f. and dropped weight a lot faster while definitely retaining more muscle over the winter here in Aus. brianscott2 Whoa now it's actually a little less than 53 inches, I just did measurements today...I still have a whole lot of fat to rid myself of but the small growth in my chest coupled with a gradual loss in my waist should help me a lot, I hope. Apr 10, 2012 3:12pm

daduncan I eat almost all organic and my main foods are eggs, chicken, and whey protein shakes with a lot of peanut butter and milk and a banana or something like that. Don't take more than 25g of whey at a time though because you won't be able to absorb it since whey metabolizes so fast. I try to also work in stuff like pasta and potatoes into my diet for calories and carbs but don't eat them before bed. Apr 10, 2012 1:47pm

daduncan Not necessarily good or bad. I wouldn't worry about eating it. Just try to eat the highest quality food you can. I suggest organic food, you get a lot more out of it. Apr 10, 2012 1:07pm

pmontgomery89 Thanks man! When I started lifting I learned to cook, only made lean healthy foods 6 meals a day and without really trying my bf% dropped. My guess is that my regular diet is pretty much what I see everyone else use for a cutting diet, but with more calories. I eat 3000-3300cals a day but my bf still went down. The best advice I can give you is learn to cook, because that's the best advice that's been given to me. I'm learning more and more it's all about diet. Pics look good man! Apr 7, 2012 11:11am
