hey, how are you? today was my off day so it was great! lol nah it kinda felt outta place not to workout but i gotta rest sometime i guess. how did training go for you? i prolly won't be online for the next few days just so you know, im going to SC to RAW if u know what is lol im sure you do but i won't be back till late tuesday!! but ill talk to you later..till then keep trainin hard!

Sounds awesome! Just got my wisdom teeth pulled so I won't be doing much for the weekend. I'll be back on track sunday for a nice run:). I want to start building muscle. What do you suggest is a good supplement to start with?

oh ok, well when ever you can fit in a workout...yeah i do have a workout partner, i go with 2 girls and this guy, and i train all of them all at the same time lol its fun they are new to it, so i get to train them lol but after this semster is over, i prolly won't reall yhave a partner anymore i dunno tho

yes it is amazing i just drunk mine, bout to head to the gym now, to get a powerlifting training session...so im excited about that! when do u usually workout? do you workout alone or do u have a workout partner? im doing pretty good just been busy all day as usual lol
