advice needed

I have decided that I want to try my 1st competition late this year.  Any advice that I could get from those who have competed would be very helpful, also any recommendations on sups would be very helpful as well.

proof on my 105 lb bumbbells

Well i wanted to make 2 vids today but i only ended up making 1 cause there was no one there to spot or video tape me at the time i was doing bench, so that vid of me hitting 315 on the bench will come next week. I did get the 1 of me hitting the 105lb dumbbells for proof of a 15lb increase from the 90's on the incline dumbbell press.  i know that i can hit more but i won't increase weight until i am satisfied with 10 clean reps before i jump up to the next weight.   my 1st shot didn't get recorded and thats the 1 that had the full 10 reps, so the vid that is posed is the second take...

well since i have put on 5 lean lbs i am now able to rep 315lbs on the bench 4 times and i can shoulder press 225lbs 10 times on the smith machine.  i won't do that on the barbell cause i don't want to jam my spine again, but it just feel so damn awesome to be able to workout with dudes that are well over 210lbs.  So i am still trying to put on 5 more for that 400lb bench.
