yeah I think that schedule would work over time but, be carefull not to lose to quick, I would start by reducing the number of carbs in my diet and upping the protein add in a bit of cardio (hiit training) and aim to lose about 1lb of weight a week any more than that and you risk losing muscle mass. I continue lifting as heavy as I can whilst cutting, I find I lose a bit of strenght due to less carbs but I'd lose a lot more strength if I just dropped down to a bodyweight regime

Yeah it's going really well, I'm aiming to bump my leg press up to 530lbs within the next two weeks and I'm gonna try for 265lbs on squats this week, I go pretty deep with my squats though so I always make sure I'm in the squat rack and have an experienced spotter coz I don't wanna get broken. sounds like your getting pretty strong now, hows the size been coming along?

Thanks for the Compliment dude, I'm dtoked you think I have a good taper, most of my pics are a bit out of date, I've been bulking so I've put on about 12lbs since then trying to get wider

Yeah leg day is becoming my favorite W/O, loving getting stronger in that area as it's my weakest point. Hopefully you'll be able to find the time to W/O with that heavy work schedule

Oh by the way I put up the 40kg dumbells on a decline bench at the end of my workout just to see how it would go and I smashed out 5 reps so I guess I'm still getting stronger even with this stupid head cold (which sucks balls)

dude I think your doing way too many sets, drop that back and increase the weight. I'm going for the 40kgs dumbells on decline press within the next two chest workouts.
