I started way back when I was 16 but didn't get serious till I was 23, I spent a year getting in the best shape of my life only to stop working out completely due to sporting commitments, I'm still sponsored snowboarder, I'm gonna try and build whilst shredding
Why I Love It:
the pump afterwards, the feeling of confidence and the fact that the challenge never gets any easier

I look in the mirror, I'm a very critical person (only of myself though)

This is where I'm starting from. I want bigger arms and delts, a more muscular chest and to lose the excess bodyfat so I can see my abs, I'm not in bad shape but I'm not in great shape and that really bugs me.

Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to look like a super hero, to have the kind of physique that inspires awe and demands attention, I've been labeled skinny ever since I can remember (I'm not skinny I'm slim) and I've been sick of it for as long as I can remember so I've decided that I'm going to get myself into the kind of shape I've always wanted.
I have a question for ya ...decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that schedule will actually get me results?
Looks like a nice place for training. They will certainly keep your mornings busy. The afternoons are probably hot and muggy. I hope you get the progress you're looking for in your month there.
Hey JP. How's the training going? I am still at it just trying to figure out a new routine and excercises for the next 6-8 weeks. It's time to change, but not sure what to do. Hope all is well with ya and keep the training going!
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

Hey JP. Well I feel like my strength may be inproving a little, but I don'e see any gains in size. Haven't had ann assesment in a while so I don't know. I don't reallyhave progress pics but when I can find an old photo from 2 years ago before I started at the gym I will try and take a few of now and compare and try and post to see if there are any changes my opinions. Getting ready for some cardio now. Have a great one.
Hey JP. How's it going? Training coming along well? I could tell by you leg blog that you had a good one then. I am almost at 500 on the leg press, but not gonna push it too fast. I am shooting for the end of Aug. for 500. Anyway, hope all is well and have a great weekend.
I've been continuing to work out, but may not be able to keep that up much longer. Next week we will have some long working days. Enjoy your leg days :-)
