haha exactly how i was after dieting, enjoy it man, eat it all.. whats ur bulking goal now? i remember gaining 12 lbs in 2 days after my comp just eeeating lol.. ya i'ma def hit you up and we'll train, u free saturday mornings?

hi mate ow u doin,ive bin trainin 3-4 times a week and ive seen no results,at the start of my trainin i was cutting all fat out of my diet and now ive bin told that fat turns to muscle ive bin trainin harder and now seing a difference.if u dnt mind cud u giv me sum advice on wot drinks to take and wot tablets to take.ow has it took to get to the size u r now.wb lance
