I plan to put on 20 lbs. mass over the next year improve my upper chest and add mass on my legs.
Goal (Long):
Instead of eating and training five days a week I'm going to bump it back up to 6

Does anyone know some suplements actually worth my money? Seems like the onley things I have taking in recent past that I can feel are the old standbyes ( protien powder, amino acids, and multi vitamen/mineral ) I just recently started taking ZMA I think its supposed to help manage testosterone...

He is currently at camp pendelton in CA. He has not yet been deployed as his assigned unit was already deployed when he got there in January. We'll just wait and see what happens. What kind of gun is that? It's huge!
I know glucosamine chondroitin... (spell?)...helps w/joint pain. I'm not sure what would be the cause of your pain. Google it and see...it's probably not a good idea to lift heavy if you're having pain though. Let it heal or you will hinder your progress even more:)
