I HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN INTEREST IN LIFTING. I STARTED OUT IN HIGH SCHOOL ZERO HOUR. I PLAYED BASEBALL AND FOOTBALL IN HIGH SCHOOL SO WORKING OUT GAVE ME THE ABILITY TO PERFORM AT A HIGHER LEVEL. AFTER HIGH SCHOOL I WENT ON TO PLAY COLLEGE BASEBALL.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE THE FACT MY BODY HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO GET BIGGER AND IMPROVE WITH EVERY REP! IF I STAY DISCIPLINED AND WORK HARD, IT'S A SCIENTIFIC FACT THAT I WILL GET BIGGER, BETTER AND STRONGER.
How I Stay Motivated:
I STAY FOCUSED ON MY GOALS! BEING A POLICE OFFICER IS A VERY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING PROFESSION SO WHEN I'M WORKING OUT AND EATING RIGHT I KNOW THAT THE HARDER I WORK AND THE MORE DISCIPLINED I AM IT WILL ONLY HAVE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON MY FUTURE!
MY SHORT TERM GOAL IS TO GET INTO A CONSISTENT DIET AND LIFTING ROUTINE.
Goal (Long):
OVERALL, I WANT TO CREATE A BODY THAT IS MENS FITNESS WORTHY! I KNOW THAT I HAVE A LONG HARD ROAD AHEAD OF ME BUT I’M UP FOR THE CHALLENGE. I HAVE TO TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME AND I WILL EVENTUALLY ACHIEVE MY GOALS!
I WORKOUT 5-6 DAYS A WEEK. I TAKE THURSDAY AND SUNDAY OFF. MONDAY BICEPS AND TRICEPS, TUESDAY BACK, WEDNESDAY CHEST, THURSDAY OFF FRIDAY LEGS, SATURDAY SHOULDERS AND SUNDAY OFF I DO 5 SETS FOR ANY GIVEN EXERCISE. THE REPS ARE 6,6,8,8,10. I DO AT LEAST 4 EXERCISES PER BODY PART AND NO MORE THAN...
So far you've certainly met the challenge. Thick delts and broader shoulders, thicker pecs, more defined arms including vein down biceps. Stomach tightened and upper abs showing better. Fun to watch updates. Andre
