Back in the 70s, while going to Dental School: couldn't just get the guys together for a game of baseball and basketball, so I started weightlifting and was bitten by the iron bug.
Why I Love It:
because it is constructive instead of destructive, as many other sports turn out to be.
How I Stay Motivated:
When you really love something, you don't need motivation: it becomes as air for you to breath.
BB Accomplishments:
competed way back in 1979....would love to do a natural Masters one these years.
I have trained many people over the years and have seen them dramatically transform their bodies.
Thanks a lot for explaining what negative resistance is. I tried it yesterday with bicep curls and experienced real pain and tension of the bicep i have barely felt before!
