When I Started: Jun, 2008
How I Started: I started a long time a go dieting with out excersice. I was up and down and i got tired. Then i decide to make a change in my life. So i did. Im in the gym now working out every day at 6:00am. Im very happy for the result i have. the weight is coming off, i have more energy to play with my kids. I have lost 30 pounds little by little working out, eating healthy and smart.
Why I Love It: Because, its make me happy and with more energy. And im learning to love my self,
How I Stay Motivated: my husband and my best friend and me. Watchin site of bodybuilding. and magazine.

If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and in the next 12 weeks I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the BFL program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. We were amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
