I started a long time a go dieting with out excersice. I was up and down and i got tired. Then i decide to make a change in my life. So i did. Im in the gym now working out every day at 6:00am. Im very happy for the result i have. the weight is coming off, i have more energy to play with my kids. I have lost 30 pounds little by little working out, eating healthy and smart.
Why I Love It:
Because, its make me happy and with more energy. And im learning to love my self,
How I Stay Motivated:

If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and in the next 12 weeks I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the BFL program.
