How I Started:	After being frustated most of my life of being overweight, and dieting only to gain all my weight back plus some, I finally got serious after the birth of my second son. I saw my now famous Before Photo, which made me take action to become a Fitness Expert, who now is a living example of a true weight loss success story. Why I Love It:	I love working out with weights for so many reasons! I love the feeling of strength and confidence that I get, how my body responds to weight training, and also its my therapy! LOL!
How I Stay Motivated:	I stay motivated by seeing my sons everyday. I was once an overweight mom who had no energy, stamina, or endurance to achieve all of my mommy duties! I know that my sons and family deserve a fit fun mom, and this is what keeps me motivated and focused on being the happiest and healthiest me ever!
BB Accomplishments:	I am proud of being on 16 magazine covers, and many fitness magazine spreads. I am humbled to have placed First Runner Up at Miss Bikini Universe 2004, crowned Miss Bikini America 2005, and the first ever Ms Muscle and Fitness 2005. However, my biggest accomplishments are my family!
