How I Started:
I originally began to workout to gain mass and muscle for football. After I graduated high school and went to University I stopped working out and my body did not respond well to say the least. After my first year I looked at my physique and I took action. My body had responded incredibly well to all of the attention and I got hooked.
Why I Love It:
The feeling that I get when I work out is so incredible, it is very addicting. The feeling of complete power, control, and results keeps me coming back, and the dedication and discipline it requires keeps me grounded and humble. Those are the reasons I love this sport.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well the results are very motivational. I also draw motivation from failure; it creates this drive from within. I also find that I have a strong competitive side to myself, my football coaches always told us that some where there is somebody training to beat you, and so we need to train that much harder.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Usually I go anywhere from 12-6 reps for 4 working sets.

About 90-120 seconds on average I suppose. It depends on the type of training that I am doing.
