I never want to be what I was 4 years ago, overweight and out of shape. I continously work out and have begun a new running regime. I took a break from running and now want to add it back in my routine. I have the size that I want, but now I want the tone.

As of this coming Monday, my training for the Spartan Fenway Competition will begin. I'll be perfectly honest, my training was sub par for the Tuxedo Race.  I really thought I could have done better, if really focused on my training AND my dieting.  I ended my 25 year old self in sort of okay shape.  Now that I am 26, I know that things MUST change.
