Look at Bodybuilding.com's customer ratings..Lipo6, hydroxycut/hardcore...if this is not for a competition that is around the corner,take about one pill and start running, sprinting, ....do not depend on the pills...bad for the thyroid long term.

for burning, id say atro-phex by bsn or tetrazene es50 by bioquest. cellmass for a creatine, but if u can handle celltech, roll with it.

Two would be good. Do not work abs everyday. 4 times is great with atleast one with weighted resistance.

In my opinion legs & back is what seprates 1st place from everyone else so focus on those. Everyone is gonna have a decent upper body but if you have nice legs you're gonna stand out! -Ken
