I've always been a pretty athletic individual. In fact, I started out as a tumbler from age 9 - 11. In middle school, I developed a passion for basketball. During my sophmore year of high school, I decided to focus my energies on becoming an all-state athlete in Track & Field and all-conference performer in Football, eventually helping to lead my team to the State semi-finals.
I started to train with a level of consistency in undergrad. Unfortunately, in college it was very difficult to resist slacking off on the nutrition. True, I fell into bad habits, but now I am living a very clean lifestyle. I renewed my enthusiasm for training on 9/1/2008 @ 160lbs. As of 9/1/2009, I weigh 175lbs @10% bodyfat. My goal is to weigh in at 185lbs @ 8% bodyfat by April 2010.
I plan to reach my highest fitness levels thus far in 2010. To be continued....
Why I Love It:
Good health is TRUE wealth. It takes serious DISCIPLINE and SACRIFICE to create a physique of symmetrical value and aesthetic beauty. My goal is to have the best natural physique possible for my genetic dispostion.
How I Stay Motivated:
I visualize reaching my goals..
BB Accomplishments:
Bench pressing 225lbs @15reps. More to come in 2010........
I have invented a strength training aid for strength trainers. If all goes well it will hit the market by the end of 2011..I'll keep you posted.

JMXchanged Overall Goal: "To weigh in @ 200lbs @ 5% bodyfat on 1/1/2011.."
I have to rebuild, so I'm starting from scratch, as this will be a two year project to weigh in @ 195lbs 8/31/2010 @ 8% bodyfat.
These two pics show my progress from 8/2009 to 9/2009. I am pursuing a two-year project to transform my body from 162lbs to 195lbs. As of today, I weigh 175lbs, 20lbs to go.
Firstoff, during the fall I am focused on improving my overall conditioning and strength. Secondly, during the winter, I will focus on gain mass by lowering my reps. Finally, during Spring 2010, I will focus on lowering my bodyfat and hi-reps while lifting lighter weights for higher reps.
I'm aiming for a symmetrical look - balance and proportion.
Description: 30 August 2009.
In this clip, I'm performing a set of decline crunches. Moreover, this has quickly become my favorite exercise for training the mid-section. In the past, I never felt the need to do abs exercises. However, in the coming months, I'm going to build a strong, well-defined, mid-section by Spring 2010.

LOL. No panties but I had my competition suit bottoms on in deep squats. They just cranked way up over the hip bones and in that angle it looked a little naughty but was actually good harmless camera fun and luck. Juliet :)
Absolutely, With Open Arms. Just like the Avi Pic. Thanks. Have a perfect day. Tommorow will be a Spectacular Historical Day. I know it and feel it! Juliet
