Now I have control of my weight I can work at gaining it back as muscles. Gain bulk mucsle definition, and eat more heathly foods. Create a better workout program by incorporating working out at the local gym.

Hey there - and a very happy new year to you too :) Big plans? For once I'm going to do absolutely nothing - and bring in the New Year being healthy. ....also helped by the fact heels + kat = impossbile atm.. and they are my shoe of choice!

Aww I'm sure you're working your ass off! Don't worry about one little day of indulgence :) My shins are still no good.. so I'm just doing boring upper body work..and feeling like my fitness is slipping away!When they heal I'll have to put in 110% more than usual. Thanks 4 the support!

Thanks heaps! I'm trying to strip off this fat..it's like I can SEE the muscles just beneath...they're taunting me! hehe :) You're doing awesomely - this new year will be a fit one for us both! Time to definitely kick some butt ;)
