Pre-Workout
About 30 minutes prior to working out, I take 2 scoops of C4 with 12 ounces of water and usually spend around 15 minutes drinking it.
Intra-Workout
During my workouts, I am always sipping on Scivation's Xtend. put 1.5 scoops into my shaker with about 12 ounces of water.
Post-Workout
Immediately following my workouts, I will mix 2 scoops of MET-Rx 100% Ultramyosyn Whey protein with 12 ounces of water.
