Background

When I Started: Jan 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I was always really light, and I decided to play on the high school football team and I loved it. I started lifting a bit, and played as a lineman at 155lbs, and won all conference. I am around 185lbs now, and have been lifting for just a couple months over one year.

Any Workout Plans?

Hello everybody. I have been on the same plan for awhile now, and I would like to switch it up. My plan is grouping chest and tris monday, all legs tuesday, shoulders traps and abs thursday, and back and biceps friday. My sets for week one are 3x6 then 1x25. The second week is 4x12. I want to gain both size and strength, but preferably more size. If anybody (big) could help me out, it'd be highly appreciated. Thank you.

GLobs Out of all the workouts ive tried, ive liked yours the best, and that is what my friend and I have been following the past month (your transformation article). Also, I have gained about 5lbs in that month using your workout plan pushing me over 170lbs, im looking to pack on more size to get over 180lbs. OriginalityUK Cheers dude! Yeh I find it easy to eat clean but maybe i need to eat EVEN more! I'm trying to, I'm always full though! Maybe I'll get more used to eating loads and it'll get easier. Your transformation is top though mate, hope mine goes as well as yours! May 2, 2010 8:54am
