When I Started:
Jul, 2007
How I Started:
Well, I decided to start loosing weight in July of 2007. After looking at my picture on my B-day and realizing my daughter was about to turn 3, I decided that the baby fat excuse was just an excuse. I didn't want to look that way anymore. I was a bout 170 if you can believe it.I started slowly by changing my eating habits and I noticed I lost a lot of weight just with that alone. Now I've decide to get serious. People have noticed my weight loss, and the compliments are great! I've become obsessed with the idea of looking my best. I want to do all I can to reach my Goal..
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel strong and confident.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading Oxygen Magazine, and logging on to BB.com everyday. There is nothing more motivating that seeing other people's accomplishments.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but hope to have an answer in the future.
I am now at my first goal weight, which was getting back down to my pre-baby weihgt of 130 lbs. I have lost 30 lbs.. New goal..getting down to the lowest weight I have ever been! 115 lbs. I want to maintain my weight and feel good about myself every day.
Diet is definitely key to the success of any training program. As the saying goes "Abs are made in the kitchen". Do you have the Eat Clean Diet book by Tosco Reno?
My goal weight would be 115, but it's more about the "look" than the weight. I really could careless about the number. I want that lean body!! What's your goal?
yeah they are..slowed down due to xmas and new year..but jan is the best time to get started..well a girl with a face like yours should have a body to match i would say
omg, what an incredible compliment. seriously i'm humbled. i reallllyy wanted people to see the norm day to day routine. i'm soooo glad you were inspired!!
My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals become reality. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself; possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Let us know if we can be of assistance.
I'm doing great! You will feel like giving up sometimes, but don't get discouraged it will be a great payoff in the end. Believe me you will set new goals...it's addicting...you always want to look better. That's how it's been for me anyway!! Hope you have a great week!!
