Way to go on the first two days man. Don't worry too much about puking when you workout now and then. it's bound to happen. Especially when you're just getting back into it.

Hey Josh- I haven't been working out as consistently as I should be... so I haven't had any impressive results. My husband who has been trying to gain in his chest and arm has seen nice results though... especially when he started drinking protein shakes. Have you had good results working out on yours?
