Sorry I have been away, I am recovering from a car accident. I have been having constant headaches still. I have been also working lots of overtime (prb not good for recovering) I won't be back on here until I can get back in the gym...

I started out 1 1/2 years ago training to compete. I began in figure and did very well. I am now moving on to light weight bodybuilding.

Goal: to build muscle

I want to maintain a fit lifestyle and figure so i will always look younger than i actually am :)

I want to be the "picture of health" . I have been very extreme in diet and fitness before and I want to find balance there.

I want a really big fan club!
