I'm so bummed! :( My beautiful little laptop gave out on me. :( It was only a little over a year old!! Piece of garbage. HMPH! Yuck. I had sooooooooooooooooooooo many files on there that I am so SAD to be losing! I could just KICK myself for not copying them over to my external harddrive! :(...
Hmmm, I'm not happy about you carrying my butt through this month. That bloody slendertone! That was always going to be the risk coz its so easy to use, its even easier to over train! Well, I'm going to give it a rest for a few days. Hopefully be alright to go to the gym tomorrow, even if its nothing heavy, at least do some bi's n tri's.
Oh man! I'm in pain today. Don't know why, my lower abdomen hurts when I walk. I suspect I overdid it with the slendertone :[ Bottom line is no gym so now I'm on 9/15! I hope I feel better tomorrow! Have you been to the gym today yet?
Why do you find the idea of calipers daunting? :)
I ended up purchasing the FatTrack II Digital Body Fat Caliper from this site (http://www.bodybuilding.com/s tore/acc/fattrack.html). I hope they work well. At the gym, the trainer said most of these fat calipers are within 3% accuracy. Which is not as great as getting the water test but good enough for me I guess. I'll keep you posted on how I like em. I like Bacon Salt on extremely lean meats. In addition to wild game, there's buffalo burger. That stuff is so lean, you've gotta do something to it. I add in some canola oil and bacon salt to make the flavor and mouth feel really pop. Also try the Bacon Salt on edamame (green soybeans) for a very tasty healthy snack.
WAIT! Don't bin your lappy! It could be the motherboard thats gone, in which case you can still recover your stuff. Just have to take it apart and take the hard drive out, buy/borrow/steal a usb enclosure for it and you can plug it into your PC and use it as an external HD. Badabing! Simple as! Right?

I'm doing well...thanks for asking. My bulking phase will actually be short-lived. I'm going to cut again in about 2 weeks.....I'm already bigger though which is nice so we'll see if I can keep it.

Well I eat reasonably clean anyway, I still help myself to the odd chocolate treat ;) The main difference I've made recently is I'm eating 5 meals a day and getting in as much protein as poss. I haven't even thought about my diet when I come to cutting! You looking forward to your bucket?
OMG! I have a confession too, I didn't go either! Will have to make up for it later in the week but I still think we're on course. Lucky we put the work in early! Am I the only one feeling guilty?
