Overall Goal: Just getting back into the gym. Hurt my neck really bad and couldnt lift for about the past 7 weeks. Just trying to get my stats back up to where they were prior to injury. Getting back into shape.

How I Started:
Around my sophomore/junior year of High School some of my good buddies started going to the local YMCA to weight train for sports. I really had no clue at all about weight lifting and the sport. I was really skinny at the time. I didnt like to workout because I was intimitated by the much stronger guys in my gym. My friend Kyle told me to stay with it, that everyone needs to start somewhere.
Why I Love It:
In the gym I can concentrate on my body and my next set/workout that I am going to do. I leave all stress and other b.s. thats going on around me outside of the gym. Lifting helps me to clear my head and makes me healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
Viewing the results of hard work. Having others compliment me on a job well done.

hmmm.... in the off season doin some longer stuff like 600s and still doin some speed stuff bout once a week is good... i mean i don't know what your in-season workouts look like for real...
