How I Started:
I did not want to be unhealthy anymore. So I started walking and lifting light weight and just kept increasing the distance and pounds I lift.
Why I Love It:
The Energy and ability to do everything I want to. Oh and the new MUSCLES are great to.
How I Stay Motivated:
THE MIRROR lol but true
I have come to far to go back to the old me.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I have lost over 80lbs. with no diet or surgery just by lifting weights and walking. I should of took the Blue Pill lol.
