Worked out quite a bit in high school. Let myself go throughout college, but never really got too bad. Then started packing on the pounds once I graduated. Hit the scale one day and saw the needle go right up to 240. Granted, I have a lot of muscle under the fat, but I was in the gym literally the next day, and have been going 5 days/week since.
Why I Love It:
The biggest benefit I've noticed so far is the discipline and motivation, which I've been carrying into other aspects of my life. I'm setting goals and meeting them. Of course, I also have more energy, and in general feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trim. Health.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, the fact that I've got myself going to the gym 5 days a week and am on a reduced calorie diet is pretty big in and of itself, given the lifestyle I've been leading the past few years. Other than that, I've lost about 40 pounds over the past ~7 months, which is pretty encouraging. Still have another 15-20 pounds to go, but I'm in it for the long haul.

I'd like to lose the excess fat I'm carrying, while at the same time gaining muscle. I've already got some strong legs/calves, so I'm focused mainly on developing my upper body. In truth, I wouldn't mind just dumping the fat. That's my primary goal. Bulking up is a distant second.

I've decided to give a fat-burning stack a try, and from reputation none seems better than MAN Scorch + Lean Xtreme. I'll be testing these two together during a 6 week period. Scorch 2x daily, five days a week (as per Joe), and Lean Xtreme 2x daily, 7 days a week.
