this week is spring break. my son is home for a week now. i am not going to let that stop me for workingout. I start a new plan. differnt body parts. and differnt exercises. adding longer and more intense arobics core routiens. i think i have most of the pain worked out. i was board this weekend...

You are just a year older than I, so you could do it if you wanted to. The good thing about it is that there is no way to fall; all the safety gear prevents that. Can you believe I'm actually afraid of heights?????
Everything is great, thanks. BF is down, diet & training are going great. We're going on a last-minute cruise in 4 days, I only get to be on the beach for 1 day, but I'll take it! All my dieting will finally pay off :)
That's what I'm talking about James!!! Good quality daddy-time. I myself had some good, quality wifey/hubby time this wkend. Steak dinners and lunches...GOOD comptn prep food. Be good my friend, and don't stay away so long. *smlie*
yea im growing, but im gaining a lot of fat too :/ im guessing its because of my diet and no cardio. kinda getting lazy on those, but when it starts getting warm again ill be going to the park and ill lose a couple pounds ;)
