I start lifting weights at age of 12 years old. I started to get more serious lifting weights when I was 15 years old playing football. This gave me motivation by becoming healthy and the body I have today.

Since I been working out for 3 years, I want to transform my body into a 200 pound body. I have been training hard and praying to GOD for tranformation of a best body.
