How I Started:
I start lifting weights at age of 12 years old. I started to get more serious lifting weights when I was 14 years old playing football. This gave me motivation by becoming healthy and the body I have today.

not streching or warming up

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
bench press because if you're lifting about 315lbs and you don't have the strength to lift, you going to have trouble getting of you're chest.
