Your legs are indeed looking better. How long have you been doing the new workout program? As for me, hurt my back a couple of days ago so have been out of the gym; going back today. Goal is to keep on losing fat, nothing else to do. At this point I have too much fat to know what are my weaknesses, body parts that need extra attention, etc.
Im really starting to see progress and more definition on my hams, quads and glutes. It feels great to not only see the progress but feel it! Calves still need more work ugh
My leg workout starts out with Leg extensions 1 warm up set 4 sets the whole rack, I rest 30 to 45 secs. Then I do hamstring 4 sets (not sure what that machine is called) Leg press 4 sets I start with 495lbs and go up to 630lbs. calf raises are done on the leg press machine as well and I also use the standing calf raise machine. This is day 1. Rest day two days and on day 2 I finished up legs. I will share that later.
Good to hear from you. I am finishing up my undergrad and going straight into a 3 year doctorate in physical therapy program. In terms of workout- I just hired a personal trainer since my schedule is crazy. (working fulltime and school fulltime) I figured if i put up cash and worked at 6am - this would keep me on track. In terms of legs, I go all out heavy. My legs are split into two days. I can email you my leg workout.
Training is not going too well... but I am going to be using your picture as motivation to keep pushing. Been moving backwards instead of forwards which sucks!
Juatin, how are things going with you? The quads and abds are looking great. Keep up the good work.I just started a new phase of training and & a new meal plan. School is going well although this semester has been really challenging. Have a great week.
I feel honored beyond belief at your much too kind comments. I wish you nothing but success and hope that you are able to achieve all of your goals and dreams. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
