I've lost 27 pounds in 2 month and now my weight is 276. I'd like to lose 33 pounds more till the end of the year but of course not by starving or some other kind of extreme dieting. I feel that fat is giving way to muscles and muscles are heavier than fat so minimizing bodyweight by any means is not an absolute.
I am looking to get more defined, build my chest and shoulders. Oh yeah widen my back. NIce legs would not hurt too....Your torso looks good. Keep up the hard work. I am on my way....

You are doing the right thing with this body work - just making a bicep bigger inch by inch is very dumb. The best thing is to make the body work - just like you do.
thanks, I stated in January so I been working out for six months now. How did you get your biceps so big? what exercise do you recommend me to do to get my biceps bigger. I lift 5 set of 30 with the rep of 10.
Hey, my training is great. My strength has gone up and everything, but the problem is my diet. emotional eating and all that. Sucks. ?You have really lean abs. What's the secret? Diet, huh? :(
