Thanks for the answers. I hope you don't mind if I ask a few more. Did you train for these separate then everything else or did you train before or after certain exercises? I can do the pushups but my core isn't strong enough and I think I'll need to strengthen my shoulders before trying even the wall planche. Thanks for your help.
