Alright everyone, I need some help? I want to put on as much mass as possible in the shortest amount of time (but then again, who doesn't). It takes no time for me to cut, so i eat everything to
pack the weight on. I am currently taking creatine and a 24 hr protein/ bcaa release. any advice...
You're about the same height and weight as me, with the same goal... 175# by July. I'm from Va Beach. Let me know if you come up with anything... I eat clean, lift hard, but can only replace fat with muscle.. gains are slow. Good luck to you, you look solid!
