I was a high school basketball player. my working out consisted of playing basketball for hours without any actual weight lifting. my friends began to get into weight lifting, i got involved and began to love making my body look and feel better.
Why I Love It:
it helps build my confidence, makes me feel healthy, and i like to look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by looking at people bigger and stronger then me and wanting to be like them.
BB Accomplishments:
weighing only 160 and benching 205, 3 times...but my accomplishments are just feeling stronger on the basketball court. being able to move people much easier.
Im realllyyyy confused as to what i want to do...i want to lean out, but i dont want to lose weight. at 163 i feel like a lightweight, but i still lift alot. i just want to get leaner and pack on muscle. this summer should be interesting....
So heres an update, i tried bulking but didnt put on any pounds but feel chubbier...i took about 2 weeks off from lifting to let my body fully recover...
Tomorrow, I start the infamous SIZEON...ver excited to see how it goes
Thanks Josh for commenting on my blog. Unfortunately, the trip to Miami wasn't for fun :( Maybe next time I'll be able to go and enjoy the city. Who's the cutie in the pic flexing?
just had to comment on the pic with the little one (your son?) great photo! They'll want to do everything they see you doing -- so here's to the awesome role model you're providing for him. Keep it up, and don't forget - he's watching.
Stop by my BODYSPACE page anytime to discuss MMA or your favorite fighter. This old gal really knows her stuff! Plus, she's married to a New Yorker (Da Bronx), so she's really tough, too!
im just gonna put aplications in every school south of tampa and see what accepts me...i wanna fo 2 FIU, and then FIU law so well see how that works out
