My dad got me into strength training for sports at a very young age and it has just become a hobby of mine.
Why I Love It:
I like to look and feel as good as I can. It is also a very good way to relieve stress, so I guess it kind of just keeps me balanced.

My goal is to increase muscle mass and definition and to lose the love handles. Love handle reduction is my biggest focus.
Goal (Long):
All in all I am somewhat satisfied with my physique, but unfortunately I am a perfectionist. Since I no longer compete in any sports, my main focus is to look good. At this point, I don't really care how strong I am, but how strong I look. The look I am going for has to be somewhere between The Rock and Brad Pitt in fight club. I don't want to really be too huge, but at the same time not too small and too ripped. I just need to get leaner and grow at the same time. I am open-minded to any suggestions from anyone.

When it comes to making progress, there is 1 thing that seems to not cooperate as much as the rest of my body: Love handles. For me this is the hardest thing to work off. I thought about trying Hyrdoxycut Hardcore along with a leaner diet and more intense cardio. If anyone thinks this is a bad...

Hey guy, I saw your blog and your goal and thought I'd chime in. I'd try the natural way first before using the Hydroxicut. I've had good results with a couple of routines from youtube. I've got some of Arnel's videos on my profile page. jmu14ska also used it with fantastic results and he's closer to your age. If you have any questions let me know. Good luck.
