How I Started:
I finally got tired of being 6'1" and weighing 145 pounds.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing improvements, feeling accomplished, and getting compliments from others. I miss being at the gym on my rest days, and am always looking forward to get back.
How I Stay Motivated:
The little improvements I started to see within the first few weeks of body building motivated me to keep training and growing in size.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I first started working out, I've gained over 20 pounds, which puts me at about 165. My goal is 190.

I just purchased a tub of GlycerGrow and I should be receiving it today. I cant wait to see how it works. I will be stacking it with Green Bulge. I'm hoping it will get me over my 180lb mark. Wish me luck, and I'll keep my stats updated.

Here's what my current 5-day routine consists of. When you see sets with inconsistent reps, that means I add more weight per set.

You've done a great job so far. Big broad shoulders, solid chest/pecs, good arms and forearms and solid abs. At this rate you'll be more than ready to taqke the honours at the school comp. Congrats and keep us posred. André
