When I Started:
May, 2007
How I Started:
I have always been athletic growing up playing sports and being in shape but have stopped to have a family - time to start again. My wife and I took the kids on vacation to SC with some friends. One day we went shopping and the ladies decided to go into a shop that us two guys did not want to go, this was an outside shop. Sitting on a bench watching many people go by, both young and old and in between were over weight. When getting back to the house, I looked in the mirror and I thought to myself, “I have gained too much weight and it is time to start losing the fat.”
Why I Love It:
I don’t know! Just being in shape and feeling good could sum that question up.
How I Stay Motivated:
Believe it or not, seeing how other people have transformed their body on this website has been a great motivating tool. I not saying that I compare myself to others but seeing before and after pictures from others and see what have accomplished is awesome.
BB Accomplishments:
May 2007 I was 265lbs with a waist of 43". Now Sep 2009 I am 225lbs with a waist of 36".

I appreciate that compliment..but the arms have a LONG way to go to be where they NEED to be....look at my workout tracker if you wanna know...last couple weeks I've been doin bi's tri's on wednesdays....It'll give you an idea..if you have questions hit me up!
I am but I haven't made any headway lately. This past weekend I put in my normal day of food and found that I definitely need some work in the diet department. Taking in more fat than I should and not enough calories over all. I need to sit down and really plan it out more. And I think I'm assuming to much about certain foods.
How about you?
