Hey bro, saw your comment on Team Pain on trying to gain size. I am a firm believer in the HIT program. High Intensity Training. Lots of weight, Low reps. If you need a program let me know and I can get that going for you. Good Luck

I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete! What about you?
